Hello, it’s Martin.

Broken phone, slow computer? I’ll take care of it.

Based in Ottignies-Louvain‑la‑Neuve, I work mainly in Walloon Brabant: at your home, remotely or when you drop it off.

  • Available every day from 7 am to 8 pm. A few words or a photo are enough to get started.
  • Messaging or calling me doesn’t commit you to anything. I tell you the price before I start, and you decide.
  • No answer? I’m probably on a job. Send me a WhatsApp and I’ll reply as soon as my hands are free.

Your problem is probably here

Tap your problem: I’ll tell you what to send me, and the message is ready to go.

  • Cracked screen, battery that doesn’t last, phone that won’t charge: I look at what’s wrong.

Send me: the brand, the model and a photo of the phone.

Don’t know the model? A photo of the back of the phone is enough.

  • It won’t start properly, it’s slow, it shows strange messages or you think you have a virus: I look at what’s going on.

Send me: what you see, in your own words, and a photo of the screen if you can.

  • Internet that keeps dropping, a printer that won’t cooperate, emails that no longer arrive: I look at what’s blocking and explain it simply.

Send me: what isn’t working, and a photo of the printer or the error message if you can.

  • A new phone or computer to set up, photos and contacts to move across, copies so you don’t lose anything: I take care of it with you.

Send me: the device you have, and what you want to keep.

  • Deleted by mistake or stuck on a broken device: I look at what happened and what can still be recovered. In the meantime, switch the device off and don’t install anything on it.

Send me: which device they were on, and what happened.

  • A call “from Microsoft” or “from your bank”, a strange text, a message that locks your screen?

Be careful: don’t give out any code, and don’t let anyone take control of your device if they are the one who called or wrote to you. If in doubt, hang up. If you have already given a bank code, call your bank first.

Send me: a photo or a screenshot of the message, or a few words about the call. I’ll tell you what it is.

  • You don’t know what’s wrong, or your problem isn’t on the list? No need for technical words: “it doesn’t work any more” is enough.

Send me: what’s happening, in one sentence, or a photo.

How it works

  1. You get in touch

On WhatsApp, by phone, or by leaving me your number so I can call you back.

  2. I tell you what it is, and the price

Before I touch anything. Parts are listed separately.

  3. You decide

If it’s a yes, I do the work at your home, remotely or when you drop it off. Until you say yes, I don’t start anything.

Who answers you
