Do I need a contract to request troubleshooting?
No. You can call on Desk&Data for a one-off job, with no subscription required. Ongoing support remains possible if you wish.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Many problems can be solved remotely. When a workstation, the network or the server needs hands-on work, we come to your premises, mainly in Walloon Brabant. The approach is decided with you when we talk.
How are prices set?
Depending on the request, we give the terms, an estimate or a quote before any work. You know what is proposed before you commit.
Do you work with private individuals?
